It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Colder temperatures drive us indoors, and holiday celebrations drive us into closer contact over bowls of dip and platters of cookies. We take trips to crowded malls, fly in crowded planes, and visit crowded homes of relatives.
So it’s also a good time to remember to wash your hands, cough into your arm, and get plenty of rest and healthy exercise. And keep your germs to yourself 🙂
